Please be prepared to allow a little extra time for your initial treatment session so we can discuss your past medical history and any particular health issues that are concerning you at present. Your personal health information and a treatment programme tailored to your individual needs will be kept in the strictest confidence.
The treatment itself will consist of an applied pressure to the reflex points of the feet or hands, interspersed with relaxation techniques to encourage the body to heal and maintain a healthy balance. Everyone will have their own unique response to treatment.
Whilst there are often immediate improvements, significant benefits will be felt over a number of treatments. As a general rule the longer a medical condition has been present, the longer it will take to respond. Most health issues will require an initial treatment plan of four to six treatments before moving on to a maintenance programme. Treatments are usually taken once weekly but this can be tailored to individual requirements and conditions.
